ABOUT US
Nadia Brigham
PhD & Principal of Radiant & Rising
Nadia Brigham, PhD, principal of Radiant & Rising, brings over 20 years of expertise in advancing racial equity. Her work centers leaders, organizations, and companies to align their stated values with the systems, policies, and cultures they shape. A seasoned practitioner, Nadia employs an ontological approach to leadership development, fostering the capacity and agency necessary to challenge the status quo and build more just and equitable structures.
As an expert in critical discourse analysis, Nadia examines how language perpetuates dominant narratives that harm Black people, including internalizing these harmful messages. Her vision is a world where Black people fully embrace and express their humanity, transforming their inner lives and the systems around them.
